Sherifah is a member of Uganda Law society ULS/3407/2022, East Africa Law Society and a registered member of the Africa Corporate and Governance Forum (ACGC). she works in the tax department as a senior tax associate at RKA & Company and as in-house counsel. She is an experienced Advocate with over 5 years’ experience, she is a corporate and commercial lawyer, a tax practitioner that handles all tax dispute cases at ADR, Tax appeals tribunal and Higher courts of Law, she is a registered insolvency practitioner and handles all corporate Winding up and insolvency processes and a registered trade mark Agent, she is also in charge of all legal and corporate secretariat issues at RKA. Before RKA she practiced Law with Xander Advocates as an associate and as company secretary-Legal for Hamus Spices and Beverages.
